Ingredients:
1 cup grape seed
1 glass container with lid
1 clean cloth
Preparation:
Wash the seeds of grapes with water. Then dry in a clean cloth.
Put them in a bowl and leave to dry for about 2 to 3 days. Then grind them. Place in a glass container and store in a dry and cool place.
Use this powder 2 times a day mixing with water or juice. Do this more than 3 months. More than that is not recommended.
