This information is based on the National Cancer Institute statistics:
In 2016, an estimated 1,685,210 new cases of cancer will be diagnosed in the United States and 595,690 people will die from the disease.
The most common types of cancer in 2016 are projected to be breast cancer, lung and bronchus cancer, prostate cancer, colon and rectum cancer, bladder cancer, melanoma of the skin, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, thyroid cancer, kidney and renal pelvis cancer, leukemia, endometrial cancer, and pancreatic cancer.
The number of new cases of cancer (cancer incidence) is 454.8 per 100,000 men and women per year (based on 2008-2012 cases).
The number of cancer deaths (cancer mortality) is 171.2 per 100,000 men and women per year (based on 2008-2012 deaths).
Cancer mortality is higher among men than women (207.9 per 100,000 men and 145.4 per 100,000 women). It is highest in African American men (261.5 per 100,000) and lowest in Asian/Pacific Islander women (91.2 per 100,000) Based on 2008-2012 deaths.
The number of people living beyond a cancer diagnosis reached nearly 14.5 million in 2014 and is expected to rise to almost 19 million by 2024.
Approximately 39.6 percent of men and women will be diagnosed with cancer at some point during their lifetimes (based on 2010-2012 data).
In 2014, an estimated 15,780 children and adolescents ages 0 to 19 were diagnosed with cancer and 1,960 died of the disease.
National expenditures for cancer care in the United States totaled nearly $125 billion in 2010 and could reach $156 billion in 2020.
Recent studies show that approximately 1 in 3 women and 1 in 2 men will experience cancer. What’s even worse todays medicine still havent found out a way to treat and cure cancer. The treatment that is used nowadays, scientist suggest that, not only is ineffective but also it can make the symptoms worse.
Berkley doctor Hardin B Jones who is a former professor of medical physics and physiology claims that chemotherapy doesn’t work and it is a hoax in the billion-dollar cancer industry. He says that the only reason chemotherapy exist is because of the big money involved in this whole process, even thou the treatment is not effective.
The fact that an average cancer treatment costs somewhere between $300,000 and even up to $1,000,000 makes his statement more reasonable.
Dr. Jones is in this business for 25 years and he clam he came to a conclusion that chemotherapy does more harm to the patients than actually treating the cancer. He adds that people who refuse the process of chemotherapy live more, on an average around 12 years more than people who are exposed to this treatment. Most patients that undergo throughout chemotherapy die in time frame of around 3 years since they are diagnosed with cancer and many of them live much less.
Dr. Jones of his study, which was published in the New York Academy of Science says that:
Patients with breast cancer who reject conventional therapy live four times longer than those who follow the system. So this is something that you will not hear in the mass media, which will continue to carry the myth that the best chemotherapy drug in the fight against cancer!
Despite the fact that U.S. spends more money than any other country in the world on health care health problems among people continue to increase, resulting in a shorter life expectancy.
Perhaps this is because mainstream media and the allopathic healthcare system dont teach about the importance of preventative medicine. Eating a healthy diet, engaging in exercise, thinking positive thoughts, reducing stress, and enjoying the company of others or habits that bring joy are all proven to improve longevity and happiness.
Yay
